On July 28, 2017, I Am Who I Am Inc. in partnership with Florida Resource Center for Women and Children, Inc., will host our 2^nd Annual Girls Empowerment Workshop. The theme of the workshop is "I Am Royal". Our goal for the workshop is to educate, empower and inspire girls by raising bullying and domestic violence awareness, develop self-respect and enhance their communication skills. The free workshop is open to 50 girls. The workshop will conclude with an awards banquet to be held on August 4, 2017 at the Marriott hotel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, where the workshop registrants will receive their certificate of completion.

Join Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League on Saturday, August 19^th for the Clear the Shelter Adoption Event presented by NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations’ and Telemundo 51. Since 2015, this nationwide Clear the Shelter event has resulted in the adoption of more than 70,000 pets.

Peggy Adams will offer fee waived adoptions on August 19^th. All dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. All adopters receive a free bag of Science Diet food and 30 days of free pet insurance. Also on site will be vendors and food trucks.
