Elena Sher with EMI Group, Inc. is Florida native specializing in transformational mindset coaching. After
spending 10 years as a business owner of a public relations and marketing firm working with Fortune 500 companies, I was blessed with my first child and decided to be a stay at home mom.
I hired my first life coach/hypnotherapist in 2002. The decision changed my
life, and shifted everything. Since then I continue to progress and expand my
education in Neuroscience, NLP, hypnotherapy, reframing and A Course in
Miracles. I find using these transformational tools and techniques create a
more fulfilling meaningful life for myself and those I have the privilege of
coaching.
Before I hired my coach I was not sleeping well, 15 pounds heavier, and my
relationships with men were a disaster. I was leading my life based on limited
beliefs and old programming that did not serve me or others around me. After
removing those blocks I met and married a wonderful man and now have two
amazing kids.
Over the years I have had the honor of coaching friends and family with great
success using all the tools I have used myself. I decided to turn my
passion into a career. Nothing gives me more joy than to see a client come to
life after removing a block to their true Self.
I am currently taking a psychology course online at Harvard University and am
completing my certification in hypnosis from the Nationally Accredited Hypnosis
Motivation Institute. I completed my
Health Coach and Life Coach certification from The Health Coach Institute in
2017. I completed my certification for Alternative Wellness from FICAM Florida
Institute for Alternative Medicine and I hold a MA in Communications from
Florida Atlantic University.
