Join the Hispanic Committee as we kick off the celebratory weekend with Segundo de Mayo- the 2nd of May! Attendees will be treated to a drink (margaritas, Pacifico or Modelo) and light appetizers. El Segundo is where border food meets cowboy cooking. They specialize in a fusion of Street Tacos and Texas BBQ with their seasonally-inspired menus that highlight local produce with a modern Mexican twists.

How does all of this pertain to Palm Beach County? Hear from Palm Beach County Mayor Maria Sachs and Director of Legislative Affairs Kasey Denny and we tie it all together. 

Attendees will hear what each is focusing on as well as answer your questions.

Congresswoman Frankel's District: Florida's 22nd Congressional District spans from the central portion of Palm Beach County south to portions of Boca Raton.

Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormik's District: Florida's 20th Congressional District spans from West Palm Beach to western Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by awards and installation of the board. This year the installation of the board will be officiated by the Honorable Jeri Muoio, former Mayor of West Palm Beach.
