Christina Worley is the founder and Managing Member of Castle Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisory firm founded in 1997. Under Mrs. Worley’s guidance, Castle Wealth Management has grown to become an established provider of wealth management services and now has in regulatory assets under management $175 million as of 12/31/2015.
Mrs. Worley holds a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Decision Sciences and Accounting. She graduated from Wharton in 1982, at the age of 19. She has worked in Financial Services since then, first for seven years in New York City and for the last 20 years in Florida. She is a licensed CPA in both Florida and New York, and received the AICPA Personal Financial Specialist designation in 1998, her CFP designation in 2002, her CGMA in 2014 and her C.F.A. in 2015. During 2014, she was selected to be one of 32 Registered Investment Advisory Firm employees in Charles Schwab & Companies first Executive Leadership Institute class, which graduated in January 2015. Her affiliations include the CFA Society of South Florida, AICPA, FICPA, FPA, Forum Club, the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach Investment Research Group and Toastmasters International.
She is currently serving her community as a Gubernatorial Appointee (volunteer) to the Board of the Palm Beach County Early Learning Coalition, and Chairs their Audit Committee. She serves on the PBC Early Childhood Cabinet, and as a Pro Bono financial planner for returning veterans (selected for her by the FPA society). With the Florida Institute of CPA’s, Christina currently serves on the Legislative committee and as a Mentor to emerging leaders, having recently served as the Chair of the Women in Leadership Mentoring Sub-Committee. Mrs. Worley has taught the Junior Achievement program “Be Entrepreneurial” among others at local schools.
Mrs. Worley was named a “Women Extraordinaire, Top Women Business Leader,” by Business Leader Magazine in 2009. The Women Extraordinaire award honors accomplished women business leaders in the South Florida community. An honoree must be a woman of outstanding accomplishment, a leader, innovator, problem-solver, and an inspiration and mentor to others. She serves the community by making a difference and is held in high regard by all those who know her. She was also nominated as an Experienced Leader in the 2011 and 2014 FICPA “Women to Watch” awards.
Mrs. Worley has been married over 30 years next fall, and has three sons, and has happily served on numerous local school committees and boards.
