Mentoring Monday

Mentoring Monday

Join us for an hour and learn something new. This month's topic is "Skip the Burnout: Tools for Staying Mindful, Balanced, and Motivated" from Dr. Amber Marchione, MS, LMHC, EAP, PhD of The Therapy Hub, Your Place for Personal Growth.

This workshop will offer up some tangible tools to avoid burnout and maintain balance in your busy lives (Is there such a thing?!). The stress associated with a lack of mindful intention to self-care is costly; it damages productivity, increases health risks, and can make us feel stuck...at work and at home. Additionally, a healthy work culture will also produce happier and more motivated employees! You will learn to focus on the important things, maintain boundaries, and set accurate and achievable goals for your business and for yourself.

Dr. Amber Marchione, MS, LMHC, PhD received her undergraduate Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Doctorate in Behavioral Sciences & Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University. Amber has worked in the field for over 10 years, with a variety of populations. She has been in Private Practice since 2013. She owns Stetson Counseling & Wellness (a equine-assisted therapy practice) & The Therapy Hub (a large, private counseling practice in West Palm). She is also the Founder and Director of the non-profit organization, the South Florida Link Coalition, which address the cycle of violence between people and animals in South Florida. Amber also conducts professional trainings, provides consulting services, and provides clinical supervision services to provisionally licensed therapists.
